FilingTracker (hereinafter referred to as "the App") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") regarding the handling of personal information and user information of users in providing the App as follows.

Article 2 (Information Collected and Purposes of Use)

The App acquires or automatically collects the following information and uses it within the scope of the stated purposes.

• Account Information:
  Information acquired: Email address, identifiers required for authentication, and information regarding login methods. Passwords are managed by authentication platforms such as Firebase Authentication, and the operator of the App does not obtain or store them in plain text.
  Purpose of use: For user authentication, account management, responding to inquiries, preventing unauthorized use, and providing the App's services.
• Information Saved in the App by Users:
  Information acquired: List of followed investors or companies, bookmarked filings, notification settings, filter settings, etc.
  Purpose of use: To provide features such as following lists, bookmarks, notifications, and other personalized functions for each user.
• Subscription and Purchase Status Information:
  Information acquired: Subscription status, purchased product IDs, event information related to purchase, renewal, cancellation, and restoration, and in-app entitlements. Payment information, such as credit card numbers, is managed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or respective payment processors, and the operator of the App does not directly acquire it.
  Purpose of use: To provide paid features, confirm purchase status, restore purchases, prevent unauthorized use, and handle customer support inquiries.
• Notification Delivery Information:
  Information acquired: Device identifiers, OneSignal Player ID, notification permission status, notification target settings, minimum transaction amount settings, and notification tags such as user plans.
  Purpose of use: To deliver push notifications according to user settings, display notification history, and improve notification features.
• Device Information and Usage Status:
  Information acquired: Advertising ID, device type, OS version, IP address, app usage history, crash information, diagnostic information, and information regarding ad displays.
  Purpose of use: To analyze service usage, improve quality, investigate crashes, deliver advertisements, and prevent unauthorized use.

Article 3 (Information Collection Modules and Third-Party Services)

The App uses the following third-party services for service provision, authentication, data management, notification delivery, purchase management, analysis, crash investigation, and ad delivery. In connection with this, each service provider may acquire user information.

• Google Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore: For user authentication, user data management, and service provision.

Article 4 (Management of Personal Information)

We will properly manage users' personal information and take reasonable security control measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage. However, due to the nature of internet communication, we cannot guarantee complete security.

Article 5 (Disclosure, Correction, Deletion of Personal Information, and Account Deletion)

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by us. If you wish to make a request, please contact us at the inquiry window in Article 9. After verifying that the request is made by the user themselves, we will respond in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Regarding Account Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data through the account deletion function in the App. After a deletion request, we will delete personal data associated with the account, except for information that must be retained for compliance with laws, prevention of unauthorized use, billing, refunds, support handling, etc. Even if there is information that needs to be retained, it will be handled only within the necessary period and scope of purposes.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

All information provided in the App (including, but not limited to, SEC filing data and analysis results) is obtained from publicly available sources; however, we do not make any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of such information.

The information provided in the App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other advice. Users shall use the App at their own responsibility, and we assume no liability for any actions taken (including investment decisions) and their results based on the information in the App.

Article 7 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

We may change this Policy as necessary due to amendments to laws and regulations, changes in business content, changes in external services used, or other reasons. The modified privacy policy shall become effective from the time it is posted in the App or on the website operated by us.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event that a dispute arises regarding the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the first instance.

  利用目的: ユーザー認証、アカウント管理、お問い合わせ対応、不正利用防止、本アプリのサービス提供のため。
• ユーザーがアプリ内で保存する情報:
  取得する情報: フォローした投資家または企業のリスト、ブックマークした提出書類、通知設定、フィルター設定等。
  利用目的: フォロー一覧、ブックマーク、通知、その他ユーザーごとにパーソナライズされた機能を提供するため。
• サブスクリプションおよび購入状態に関する情報:
  取得する情報: サブスクリプション状態、購入商品ID、購入・更新・解約・復元に関するイベント情報、アプリ内権利情報。なお、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報はApple App Store、Google Play、または各決済処理事業者により管理され、本アプリ運営者が直接取得することはありません。
  利用目的: 有料機能の提供、購入状態の確認、購入復元、不正利用防止、カスタマーサポート対応のため。
• 通知配信に関する情報:
  取得する情報: デバイス識別子、OneSignal Player ID、通知許可状態、通知対象設定、最低取引額設定、ユーザープラン等の通知配信用タグ。
  利用目的: ユーザー設定に応じたプッシュ通知配信、通知履歴表示、通知機能の改善のため。
• デバイス情報および利用状況:
  取得する情報: 広告ID、デバイスの種類、OSバージョン、IPアドレス、アプリの利用履歴、クラッシュ情報、診断情報、広告表示に関する情報。
  利用目的: サービスの利用状況分析、品質改善、クラッシュ調査、広告配信、不正利用防止のため。

第3条（情報収集モジュールおよび第三者サービス）

本アプリは、サービス提供、認証、データ管理、通知配信、購入管理、分析、クラッシュ調査、広告配信のため、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。これに伴い、各サービス提供者が利用者情報を取得する場合があります。

第4条（個人情報の管理）

当方は、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理し、不正アクセス、紛失、破損、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット通信の性質上、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

第5条（個人情報の開示・訂正・削除およびアカウント削除）

ユーザーは、当方が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止を請求することができます。請求を希望される場合は、第9条のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人様からの請求であることを確認の上、法令に基づき対応いたします。

アカウント削除について: ユーザーは、本アプリ内のアカウント削除機能から、アカウントおよび関連する個人データの削除をリクエストできます。削除リクエスト後、法令遵守、不正利用防止、請求・返金・サポート対応等のために保持が必要な情報を除き、アカウントに関連する個人データを削除します。保持が必要な情報がある場合も、必要な期間および目的の範囲内でのみ取り扱います。

第6条（免責事項）

本アプリで提供されるすべての情報（SEC提出書類のデータ、分析結果等を含みますが、これらに限りません）は、公的に入手可能な情報源から取得したものですが、当方はその情報の正確性、完全性、信頼性、最新性、有用性について、明示的か黙示的かを問わず、一切の保証を行いません。

本アプリで提供される情報は情報提供のみを目的としており、投資、財務、法律、税務その他の助言を構成するものではありません。ユーザーは自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとし、本アプリの情報を用いて行った一切の行為（投資判断を含みます）およびその結果について、当方は何らの責任も負いません。

第7条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当方は、法令の改正、事業内容の変更、利用する外部サービスの変更、その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または当方が運営するウェブサイトで掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第8条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）

本ポリシーの解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
