Welcome to FilingTracker. By using our application, you agree to these terms. FilingTracker provides SEC filing information for informational purposes only.

2. DISCLAIMER (No Investment Advice)

The content provided in this app is for informational purposes only and does NOT constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. FilingTracker and its developers are not registered investment advisors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any filing data provided.

• You agree to use the information at your own risk.
• Always verify data with official sources like SEC EDGAR before making any investment.
• Past performance of investors is not indicative of future results.

3. Subscriptions (Premium Plans)

• Subscriptions are handled via Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
• Payments will be charged to your store account upon purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings anytime.

4. User Account & Data

• You can delete your account via the "Delete Account" button in settings.
• Upon your deletion request, your bookmarks and following settings will be removed from your view.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FilingTracker or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including financial losses) arising out of the use or inability to use this application.

3. サブスクリプション（有料プラン）

• サブスクリプション決済は Apple App Store / Google Play Store を通じて行われます。
• 支払いは購入時にストアアカウントに請求されます。
• 現在の期間が終了する24時間以上前にキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• サブスクリプションの管理と解約は、各ストアのアカウント設定からいつでも行えます。

4. アカウントとデータ

• ユーザーはアプリ内の設定からいつでもアカウントの削除を行うことができます。
• 削除リクエストを受領後、ユーザーのブックマークやフォロー設定は表示されなくなります。

5. 責任の制限

FilingTrackerおよびその開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じたいかなる金銭的損失や損害に対しても、一切の責任を負いません。
