2. DISCLAIMER (No Investment Advice)

The content provided in this app is for informational purposes only and does NOT constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. FilingTracker and its developers are not registered investment advisors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, or suitability of any filing data or related information provided.

• You agree to use the information at your own risk.
• Always verify data with official sources like SEC EDGAR before making any investment.
• Past performance of investors is not indicative of future results.
• Any investment decision, trade, holding, or other financial transaction based on information from this app is made solely at your own judgment and responsibility.

3. Subscriptions (Premium Plans)

• Subscriptions are handled via Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
• Payments will be charged to your store account upon purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings anytime.

4. User Account & Data

• You can delete your account via the "Delete Account" button in settings.
• Upon your deletion request, your bookmarks and following settings will be removed from your view.

5. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, FilingTracker and its developers shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this application. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability shall be limited to ordinary and direct damages, and shall not include special, indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, opportunity losses, or investment losses.

FilingTracker（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本アプリを利用することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 免責事項（投資助言ではない点について）

本アプリで提供される情報は情報提供のみを目的としており、投資、財務、法律、または税務に関する助言を構成するものではありません。

• 開発者は投資助言業者ではなく、提供される情報の正確性、完全性、適時性、有用性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
• 情報の利用はユーザーご自身の責任において行われるものとします。
• 投資判断を行う際は、必ず SEC EDGAR 等の公式ソースで情報をご確認ください。
• 投資家の過去の実績は、将来の結果を保証するものではありません。
• 本アプリの情報を参考にした投資判断、売買、保有、またはその他の金融取引は、すべてユーザー自身の判断と責任において行われるものとします。

3. サブスクリプション（有料プラン）

• サブスクリプション決済は Apple App Store / Google Play Store を通じて行われます。
• 支払いは購入時にストアアカウントに請求されます。
• 現在の期間が終了する24時間以上前にキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• サブスクリプションの管理と解約は、各ストアのアカウント設定からいつでも行えます。

4. アカウントとデータ

• ユーザーはアプリ内の設定からいつでもアカウントの削除を行うことができます。
• 削除リクエストを受領後、ユーザーのブックマークやフォロー設定は表示されなくなります。

5. 責任の制限

FilingTrackerおよびその開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。また、当方が責任を負う場合であっても、通常かつ直接の損害に限り、特別損害、間接損害、付随的損害、逸失利益、機会損失、投資損失については責任を負いません。
